Samsung is said to be preparing a new 200-megapixel sensor for 2027 flagship smartphones. The company could unveil an ISOCELL HPA, 200-megapixel sensor with a 1/1.12-inch size next year. This sensor, with support for LOFIC (Lateral Overflow Integration Capacitor) ultra-high dynamic range technology, could be used in Galaxy S27 Ultra.
