Google announced the expansion of Gemini in Chrome to India on Wednesday. The artificial intelligence (AI)-powered assistant for the browser was first released in select markets in September 2025, and now the company is expanding it to more regions. Gemini in Chrome appears as a side panel on the right side of the browser and can answer any question about the webpage.
